This client commissioned Christopher Lines Design to create an estate that would be suitable for entertainment, family , social functions. and fundraising and /philanthropic dinners and event. The garden was fashioned with the vision of to create a French Chateau, a formal rose gardens with boxwood hedges flank the fountain/spa located in front of the art studio.

Antiques and Garden follies were imported from Northern France to create a feeling of age and style , several seating areas and destinations have been nestled into secret garden area to provide secluded conversation and rest areas. The estate provides an environment rich in history and a grand garden environment to relax and drift away to a time long gone.
